I'm no harsh critic of Fox News. I actually find it the most balanced out of all the news outlets.
But Fox News producers, do we really need a Fox News Alert scare every five minutes in the morning?
By habit, every time I hear that sounder, and every time I hear an anchor say, "This is a Fox News Alert..." I look up at the screen.
But just what caused the scare this time?
You interrupted me to report on how the post-Christmas shopping was going.
All I learned in that sixty seconds was that retailers are reporting decent sales so far but that it won't be as successful as 2007's shopping season.
