Anderson Cooper, if you shoved your nose any deeper in to Obama's a$$, you'll be smelling change, literally.
Why do I even watch CNN?
What once was a semi-respected news outlet has now become such a leftist garbage parade that even Rachel Maddow would detest to.
Nevertheless, I flipped to it earlier tonight and caught the tail end of AC 360. Biggest mistake of the day.
The huge graphic says "Inauguration Controversy" - ooh, what a CONTROVERSY! Respectable, admirable, conservative pastor Rick Warren was chosen by the Obama monkeys to give the invocation/prayer at the Obama inauguration and dem' ther' is fightin' words for CNN 'n Andy Cooper.
Cooper brings on two liberal hokies to whine and complain on how this isn't faaaair and how if Obama is all for uniting the country, he is contradicting himself by bringing in a pastor who is anti-gay marriage.
What? This country was founded upon conservative beliefs and values. The majority of America isn't for one man putting his 'piece' in another man. The majority of Americans still cherish marriage as a vow between one man and one woman. The majority of Americans still hold COMMON SENSE!
Amazing how far, or how little, we have advanced after all these years. I wonder sometimes if Jefferson, Locke, Washington, etc. are rolling over in their graves.
So, would you all prefer the elegantly-speaking Jeremiah Wright as your inauguration invocation leader?
How about he intros with a nice, loud, chestful "God daaaaaamn America!" That'll wake the conservatives up.
Robert Zimmerman, you're a moron.
Hillary Rosen, you're an even bigger moron.
But nonetheless, the Coopster topped this off with a fluff piece regarding the hollywood transformation Obama has put on the usual presidential inauguration.
Samuel Jackson, Halle Berry, Sharon Stone, Aretha Franklin, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jamie Foxx, etc. will all be on hand, and each paid $50K for special "priviledges" at the event.
The piece interviewed some little dork named Garrett Graff who said, "we've never seen this before, coming off eight years of Bush where there hasn't been interest in the Bush administration."
Really?
And finally, we saw pictures of a 1980 "cool" Obama, in gray-haired's words.
Great journalism there, Anderson. With credibility out the window, all you have going for you now are all those cougars obsessed with your decently-good-looking face.
